Confidentiality Agreement

All final entries will be submitted to the judges. The organisers and judging panel undertake that the content of entries will remain strictly confidential at all times and will be discussed ONLY within the confines of the judging process. Each judge is required to sign a confidentiality agreement before appointment.

Please specify, clearly, if you would prefer your company and/or product to be known only as 'Company X' or 'Product X'. From thereon, all parties will refer to the said company/product name as such.

Should your entry be nominated for an award, extracts of your executive summary may be used as source material for the awards show and subsequent editorial coverage. Such coverage will be strictly limited to the executive summary or introduction only. No other part of your entry will be published, presented or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Please, therefore, ensure that your summary contains no confidential or sensitive information.

Please note, all queries will be dealt with in the strictest confidence. Entries and supporting materials may also be returned, upon request, after the awards presentation. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
