The judges will take into consideration the
drivers and demands the sponsor originally had,
and to what extend the applicant has fulfilled
and/or surpassed these, in addition to more
general factors such as scope of the underlying
project/production, quality framework,
time-to-market, improvements made, business
cost, innovation, additional services provided,
structure of the project and communication by
the applicant.
