This award will go to the contractor or sponsor that has had made a noteworthy impact in its business, or has demonstrated excellence in M&A activity, and has made significant contributions to an outsourcing programme that is less than three years old or still in its implementation/transition stage. Judges will be looking at how the deal was structured to benefit the partners in the long-term and an understanding of the sponsor’s development needs. Evidence is required of a well thought-through and executed strategy, addressing increased shareholder return, profit margin and cost reduction, before and after the merger/acquisition.
